Send the complete Hong Kong pickup address, the Shenzhen Bao'an Airport (SZX) flight number and the airline terminal. We plan pickup backward from the airline check-in or bag-drop deadline, then add road, border and airport walking time.
A hotel name or district is not enough when a flight deadline is involved. Confirm the vehicle entrance and a passenger contact that will work on travel day.
The destination is Shenzhen Bao’an Airport (SZX), not HKG. Provide the SZX flight date, airline deadline and Hong Kong pickup entrance. Keep travel-document eligibility separate from the car booking: an airport-bound itinerary still needs the relevant entry permission and checkpoint procedures.
The usual road-and-border planning range is about 1.5–3 hours after pickup, excluding airport check-in procedures, but traffic, the selected checkpoint, inspection flow and the exact Hong Kong pickup can change the total. The recommended pickup time is a route-based plan, not a promise that authorities or traffic will operate without delay.
The published starting reference is RMB 800 / HKD 930 per vehicle. Hong Kong Island and other applicable zones carry additional charges. The written quote confirms the pickup, SZX terminal, passengers, luggage, route assumptions and any known surcharge before booking.
A seven-seat Toyota Alphard includes the driver. Several large cases, a stroller, wheelchair, golf bag or business samples can reduce the practical passenger capacity, so send a luggage photo when the loading plan may be tight.
