The driver uses one of the seven seats. For an airport transfer, one to four passengers with luggage is usually the comfortable arrangement; five or six passengers may still be possible, but the boot becomes the deciding factor. A child seat, stroller, wheelchair, golf bag or sample case changes the answer again.

“Six bags” is not a luggage description
A soft duffel can be squeezed; a 30-inch hard case cannot. A folded stroller may occupy more space than a suitcase. Put every item together and take one photo, then mention the largest case size and anything that cannot be stacked. That single photo is more useful than a long list of bag counts.
- Show folded strollers and wheelchairs in the same photo
- List golf bags, instruments and exhibition samples separately
- Mention any item that must remain upright

When a second vehicle is the better booking
If luggage would block an aisle, sit above the seat line or leave a passenger holding a case, the plan is too tight. Compare the second-vehicle price before pickup. Repacking on an airport kerb, calling a last-minute taxi or leaving luggage behind is usually more expensive and far more stressful.

Recheck the return journey
Repeat the capacity check if shopping, exhibition samples or another passenger will be added on the return journey. The outbound loading photo no longer describes the trip once the number or shape of the items changes.
- Include any change in child-seat requirements
- Keep passports and medication in an accessible personal bag
