Start with the price—and do not lock the return too early

A private MPV from Hong Kong to central Shenzhen starts from RMB 700 / HKD 810 per vehicle, one way. If the clinic can give you a reliable finish time, the return can be booked as a second leg. If treatment may run over, book the outbound first or compare it with up-to-10-hour day hire instead of forcing a return time.

Before you confirm the car, ask the clinic for three things: the check-in time, the likely finish window and whether an adult companion is required. Those answers matter more to the transport plan than the name of the treatment.

A 10:00 dental appointment: how the day may run

Take a 10:00 appointment in Futian as an example. For a Kowloon pickup, we may suggest roughly 06:30–07:00, but this is not a promise for every address. We calculate the final pickup from the exact Hong Kong entrance, clinic entrance, weekday or weekend traffic and the checkpoint plan.

  • 06:30–07:00: pickup from the confirmed Hong Kong entrance.
  • 09:30: target arrival, leaving 30 minutes for check-in and finding the clinic.
  • 10:00: appointment starts. Keep the clinic phone and booking name ready.
  • Before leaving: ask the clinic for a realistic finish time, then confirm the return in the original WhatsApp chat.
  • If imaging, a pharmacy or another stop is added, send the new address before getting into the car.

What should you budget?

Before paying, check four lines in the quote: included waiting, when overtime starts, how parking is charged and how late the return time may be changed. “The driver can wait” is not a complete answer unless the time and price are written down.

When an ordinary MPV is not the right vehicle

This is pre-booked passenger transport, not an ambulance or medical escort. If the passenger needs lifting, oxygen, a stretcher, clinical monitoring or urgent treatment, contact an appropriate licensed medical or emergency transport service instead.

The clinic decides fasting instructions, whether the passenger is fit to leave or travel, and whether a companion is required. The driver can follow a confirmed transport plan, but cannot make a clinical decision.

It depends on whether you booked one way, two legs or day hire, and on the waiting terms written into the quote. If the finish time changes, update the original WhatsApp chat as soon as the clinic can give you a realistic time.

What time should I leave for a fasting check-up?＋

We work backward from the clinic check-in time and both exact entrances. Pickup from 00:00 to 06:59 adds RMB 100; the final pickup time is confirmed in writing rather than copied from another route.

Can a folded wheelchair go in the vehicle?＋

Usually it can be reviewed, but send the folded dimensions and explain whether the passenger can transfer into a standard MPV seat. This service is not a medical escort, stretcher or lifting service.

Do I need to send medical records?＋

No. Send only transport-related needs: mobility, companion, luggage, appointment time and return plan. Keep clinical information between you and the healthcare provider.
